The Settings tab in the Dashboard has two areas to help you with this. The first is Payment Method, to change your payment details. You should be able to click on your existing payment method and replace it with a new one by typing over it.
The second is Subscriptions, which lets you change the plan you are subscribed to. You should be able to use any discount codes that you've been given here, as well.
