In case you wish to cancel your subscription, please always make sure to do so at least one day before your next indicated billing date to avoid unwanted billings.
To cancel your subscription you must log into your Earn2Trade dashboard and go to the "Settings" tab:
Then click on "Subscriptions" and scroll down until you see "Cancel Subscription"
If you have Google Translator please remember to disable it before trying to cancel, if you get a gray screen please try again in incognito mode.

Please bear in mind that only the users can cancel their subscription, E2T support cannot assist with that.
Consider that once the subscription is canceled you will lose your access to the evaluation and SIM accounts and to the educational material likewise.
Once canceled, it is not possible for us to reinstate the subscription and the evaluation account due to technical reasons. You will need to purchase a new one in case you wish to start an evaluation with us again.
